Millions of years ago Sirians were attempting to densify a planet (of light blue color) orbiting Sirius A from the etheric to the physical plane with the intention of creating a planet of joy. Due to the plasma anomaly the process of materialization did not go well and a Galactic superwave caused the planet to explode. Its fragments were infused with special energy from the Galactic Center and they traveled in all directions, some of them reaching Earth after a long journey through interstellar space.
